The kit comes with everything you need, even extra cables. This is the best option for the money, great for replacing those twist shifters. The click shifters are far more accurate and easier to operate, Sweaty hands no problem. Easy to install and take up less handlebar space. I have these on two bikes, one with disk brakes and the other with standards. Definitely recommended., I only had these for a few weeks before I traded my bike (specialized hardrock), but they were a great improvement over the old grip shifters.
